Here are some proposals:
GENERAL HIKING RULES
• The Guide has the right to cancel the hike in case of bad weather.
• The use of rubber-soled shoes suitable for walking on dirt roads is recommended.
• Those who leave the group, even if they notify the Guide, do so under their own responsibility.
• The Guide has the right to change the route and / or the destination of the hike in relation to weather conditions, the type of group accompanied or any other reason that the Guide considers valid to justify such variations.
• It is the Guide’s responsibility to calibrate the pace of the hike based on the level of training of the group, even at the expense of respecting the timetable for reaching the planned destination.
• The Guide has the faculty to exclude from the initiatives participants who with their behavior compromise the success of the initiative or jeopardize their own or others’ safety.
• Minors: minors can participate in hikes accompanied by one or more adults who are directly responsible for them; minors are under the direct responsibility of parents, teachers, carers of all qualifications and grades or whoever for them.
• Dogs can be taken to hikes upon notice to the Guide, and in any case only if permitted by current regulations.
• The release will be signed (“I agree” or “I deny consent”) for any publication of photos / videos on social channels.
